  • ThoughtCounter: First test

    I ran the first test of ThoughtCounter with my partner Katie.

    The setup: I asked her first to sit for 30 seconds, focus on her breath, calm her mind. Then I gave her the simple instructions: click the pen whenever a new thought arises. That’s it.

  • Drawing energy centres

    I sketched this on a napkin during a conversation with my mum about a year ago. It was a simple diagram exploring how energy centres (chakras) open.

    I find it interesting that chakras are experientially real for many people (myself included) yet remain invisible to Western science (or scientific instruments) – pointing to different ways of knowing what’s real.

    The hidden depths & heights of our Mind

    These slides are from a short deck that I created at the start of 2025, called “A whole life’s work”. It’s my interpretation and summary of some key elements of the meditation/spiritual journey and a very top level overview.

    I think these slides could in turn be a starting point or provide some inspiration for my art practise, and I’d like to investigate that further. They are an aspect of my “why”.
