MA vision & goals

Drawing energy centres

I sketched this on a napkin during a conversation with my mum about a year ago. It was a simple diagram exploring how energy centres (chakras) open.
I find it interesting that chakras are experientially real for many people (myself included) yet remain invisible to Western science (or scientific instruments) – pointing to different ways of knowing what’s real.

Exploring my creative medium & feeling stuck

I feel like I have a really strong “Why” — to express externally my own inner journey and experiences during meditation. eg. Blocked energies, energy centres opening, absorption states, experiencing the pull of the void etc. -

Week 1: Introduction
After doing a speed dating style meet & greet with a dozen or so other students from the course we were then tasked with responding to “kindness is like what?” on a Miro board.
We split into breakout groups of three in order to explore a selection of “kindness” related words further.
